I got the 1250 after 2 tries of returns and a couple weeks of shipping and returning but Nonetheless Amazon works with you to make this as painless as possible.

The power supply is working smooth even in a tight quartered htpc. Very Quiet and cables are pretty solid. Wish they had the Subscribe & Save feature on this product =P …

I bought this with alot of reservation knowing that on many forums these PSU are infamous for being riddled with problems. Mine however works perfectly I’ve owned it for a few months now and decided it was time to give it a good review that it deserves. I’ve been really stressing this PSU unit since I had it and its handled everything so well. Really a great experience for me.

    Pros:
-Price. I bought this item for $179, I’m not sure if it was on sale or if the price was a mistake, but I bought two and wish I had bought four!
    -Fully modular
    -Big beefy cables, well labeled.
-Runs cool and quiet even under constant heavy load (3x Radeon 6950 running a distributed computing project under full load 24/7)

    Cons:
-I should have bought more of them when I had the chance 😛

    Other thoughts:
If you ca get a good price on one of these, buy it. It will run whatever you want.
