good case but no cable management,
has a nice black interior, semi tool less design, turned hdd bays, bottom mount psu, large top fan. the power button has blue light around it when its powered up. nice side panel with thermaltake engraved on it and honeycomb style vents.
the tool less design do not feel secure when mounting the hdd to the bays. it was loose after i used the brackets that came with the case. i had to use a screw to secure the hdd. the pci cards are also tool less but i was still able to move the pci cards up and down. i would prefer screws instead of their tool less design. there are no holes for cable management so i would suggest buying a modular psu. the only place i was able to find room to hide the cables was below the hdd bays. the rear motherboard tray has very little to no room at all for any cable management. the top usb port felt very cheap and fragile. It felt like the usb port was about fall into the case when i stuck my thumb drive in. i wish they would fix the tool less design to make things feel more secure.

Like The Features / Some Quality Issues,
I have owned this case for almost one year, and while I thumbs-up many of the case features, I would probably hesitate to purchase this case again due to some quality issues. Most reviewers list the good features so I will only site my concerns. To be fair I put the number of stars I subtracted next to each issue so that anyone reviewing can decide if these issues matter and adjust my score accordingly.
-0.5 Stars: Cable Management
As others mention – cable management is limited and requires a little creativity.
-0.5 Stars: Tool-less Mechanisms
The tool-less features are plastic and wear easily. You need to be careful when tightening these mechanisms as well as take care when locking/unlocking.
-1.0 Stars: Fan Issues
Recently my large top cooling fan started clicking. Upon further inspection it appears to have warped itself and is now catching the fan encasement with its blades. I have not moved or opened this case recently so I am not sure how this happend. Also I have noticed the cooling fan on the back of the chassis is starting to have trouble after 11 months (today I had to give it a tap with the finger to get it spinning).

Just bought my 3rd V9 BlacX,
Bought one of these cases for a office computer, once we started using it we had to buy a few more. The case utilizes a large cooling fan at the top of the case which allows it to spin a a much slower speed, resulting in a silent case. The case construction is solid, the USB ports are mounted in the plastic top and feel plenty firm. This case has rounded edges so you don’t cut up your hands like the old cheap cases. Its tool less options are a nice touch. And if you don’t like the screw less option the case comes with a full set of screws, all you have to to is take off the screw less pieces which requires you to remove 3 screws on the back of the case; the ones for the hard drives can just be pull off. But I trusted the screw less setup with our PNY FX 5000 so I am pretty confident in its performance. Best of all the case has two drive bays for external SATA drives. GREAT CASE!!!
