Great Power Supply – Be sure to get the Gold certified version,
This power supply is now Gold certified – or at least the one I bought (not on Amazon) is, so be sure to get the most current version. Since the Gold certified version is not on Amazon, I am posting here, but I am sure they are very similar in function because they have the exact same model number (RX-1200AE). In any case, the power supply has some modular cables and some which are not (main board power, aux board power, and pci-e power are not modular). It comes with additional cables for pci-e, sata, and other common power needs in your computer. It is really quiet and booted up the first time with no issues. I previously owned a Cooler Master Silent Pro 850W power supply, and I can say that this is nearly as quiet as that power supply was, at least to my ears. I got a great deal, less than two hundred bucks, and it was worth the savings in comparison to similar Cooler Master and Corsair power supplies.
