32gb,
can’t wait for these to get cheaper. the read/write is about as good as you can get unless you want to go for the “extreme edition” high end models, which aren’t a whole lot better. i bought a couple of the little ones to test out a raid 0 array. i’d have to say it is pretty impressive. even used as a single drive their speed is amazing, i have an AMD/ASUS rig with a 955BE phenom II and a lot of gamer/ O.C. parts in it. I don’t O.C. because i have no need to. even on my initial plate hdd it took like 4 or 5 seconds to boot, indexed my whole drive and it searches almost instantaneously, same with loading programs. i didn’t think it could get any faster than that. after i installed these it did. i use this computer mainly for DAW software. basically like a recording/editing/mixing studio. sometimes this involves large files, and always involves multiple hardware inputs and simultaneous virtual environments that all need to respond in real time. random read and write speeds as well as sequential are imeperitive to a low latency environment. this is where i saw the greatest increase in speed. so if you like editing audio or video, playing games with a large hard disc presence, or even just as a boot drive, these are probably the most cost effective and well designed SATA II sdds i have found. i had planned to get 4 32GB and put them all in raid 0, but there is no way i can see it getting faster than it is. probably go with raid 5 if i do get more. anyway, highly recommended. $400 is kind of steep for a single 250gb drive, but $240 or so for a blazingly fast 4 drive raid array is definitly worth it. i’d wait for when amazon has it stocked though. some of the other sellers get kind of nutty with the pricing.

Perfect for my Windows 7,
Very good and fast for my boot disk where I installed Windows 7, it starts really fast. Everything is really fast, my windows boots in a few seconds. If you are looking for a boot disk for your OS, this is perfect. All my other files are on a regular HDD.

Fast SSD for a great price,
I chose this brand after reading several negative reviews for OCZ SSDs. This SSD is fast and tiny, I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
