Great motherboard,
Pros:
1. Works out of the box with Ubuntu Linux 11.10.
2. USB 3.0. I was able to hit speeds of about 130-150 MB/s, during copy to and from a RAID 5 box with USB 3.0.
3. UEFI. A major leap over the ugly BIOS from days of yore.
4. Price. Much cheaper than the only other FM1 ITX motherboard in the market. The ASUS F1A75-I Deluxe. The Asrock mobo offers the same features as the Asus mobo.
Cons:
1. A couple of USB 3.0 for the front panel would have been nice. Not a major issue with me.
2. Price: at 90$ its still on the expensive side. Would love to see this mobo price dip down to below 50$

I love this board,
For such a cheap little board, this is really quite excellent. Almost everything is adjustable in the uefi config, which is perfect for one of the “k” processors that can be overclocked. I’ve had no problems with this motherboard and a 3670k.

Board has serious USB issues.,
The board has serious issues with the usb ports. Windows keeps finding and then loosing the several of the “HID Human interface” devices. Because of this nearly all the usb ports will just stop functioning. They released new firmware but it did not fix the problem.
